2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Fulfill video orders and deliver your videos
• Create and maintain your account and agent profile
• Process payments (via third-party payment processors)
• Communicate with you about orders, updates, and promotions
• Improve our Site and services
• Display completed videos and agent profiles on the Site (unless you opt out)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed:

• Service providers: Vercel (hosting), Stripe, Inc. (payments), AI video generation tools (to produce your videos)
• Zillow: We access publicly available listing data from Zillow on your behalf. We do not send your personal information to Zillow.
• Public profiles: If you have an agent profile on our Site, your name, brokerage, and listings are publicly visible.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
• Order data: Retained for 3 years for business records and to support your license to the videos.
• Uploaded photos: Retained only as long as needed to produce your video, then deleted within 300 days unless you request otherwise.
• Automatically collected data: Retained for up to 12 months.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to:

• Keep you logged in
• Remember your preferences
• Understand how you use the Site (analytics)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Site may not work properly without them.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

• Opt out of marketing emails
• Request removal of your agent profile from the Site

7. Data Security

Our service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover we have, we'll delete it promptly.
